Lobby LED Video Wall
We first installed a 3×3 LCD video wall in 2014, but in 2024 we upgraded to a massive LED wall — 11.5′ wide × 6.5′ tall with a razor-sharp 1.8mm pixel pitch. No bezels, no seams, just pure immersive rock & roll visuals 24/7.
The automated content system plays music videos around the clock, adjusting brightness and volume throughout the day — mellow mornings, full blast by afternoon. We also integrated a video DJ input for weekend lobby parties and the hotel's monthly Velvet Sessions concert series.
Resort Pool AV System
The pool deck at Universal's Hard Rock is massive — and so is the AV system we designed for it. Outdoor movie projection, landscape speakers hidden in rockwork, and weatherproof subwoofers keep the party going poolside.
Back of House
Behind the scenes, a full Q-SYS control system powers every zone in the resort — lobby, pool, restaurants, event spaces. Custom-designed touch panels match Hard Rock branding, and our 24/7 remote help desk keeps everything running.
